History, tradition, culture and spectacular views surround this fishery in Montauk’s fishing village/now bustling little town. Throw in a former world record holder to the Holy Grail inshore species in the NE, the Striped Bass, and this year’s BigWater Adventure couldn’t go wrong. Captain Bob Rocchetta is a true pleasure, a true professional, and just plainly a great time. Throw in the fact he hasn’t lost a step in finding and hooking up the Stripers, (and the Tautog for us) and it’s somewhere you need to be. We spent a couple days in the Surf with the locals and a couple days in the boat with Bob. Next Year? Heck yes we’ll be back.
